Arts Transition:  is a focused programme that continues to support people making the transition from the arts therapy programme to eventual involvement in “Leading a Creative Life’. It involves regular group connecting, ongoing conversations re rehabilitation – and an introduction to foundation skills in painting and drawing. Participants are encouraged to begin to consider the content of their work – developing and researching their own ideas.
