The Live Auction event will take place Monday 22nd May 2017, at Pah Homestead TSB Bank Wallace Arts Centre, 72 Hillsborough Road, Hillsborough, Auckland.

Viewing Artworks
The venue is open from 1.00pm on the day of the event (22nd May) to view artworks for both Silent and Live auctions, and continued bidding on Silent auction works.

Drinks and nibbles will be served from 6.00pm
Silent Auction closes 7.00pm
Silent Auction winners announced 7.10pm
Live auction begins at 7.30pm

Please RSVP and register to bid online to receive a bidder’s card, which is required for participation in the live auction.

For those wishing to register on the night, we advise that they arrive at least 20 mins prior to the auction commencing at 7.30pm.

For those who wish to participate in the Live auction but cannot attend in person, there are two options for bidding remotely:

Telephone bidders are welcome to bid on either single or multiple lots.  In order to bid by telephone, buyers are required to register prior to the day of the auction – either via the online registration form or by email stating clearly their intention to do so.

Register for telephone bidding before 5.00pm Friday 19th May.

Absentee bids are an alternative method of remote participation to phone bidding.  The placing of an ‘absentee bid’ entails a buyer specifying the maximum hammer price that they wish to pay for a given lot.  This absentee bid will be executed by the auctioneer, who will bid on the buyer’s behalf until their maximum price is exceeded.  Auctioneer Charles Ninow of Bowerbank Ninow will always act in good faith for absentee bidders and will endeavour to secure items on which they bid for the lowest possible price.  We are able to arrange absentee bidding by telephone, email or in person.
